Farah & Farah has done a great job in representing us in our automobile accident as our legal counsel. Although we wish this had never happened, we are completely satisfied with the service that we have received from their knowledgeable staff. We are especially satisfied with our attorneys assistant, Claire Gorgia. She went above and beyond in keeping us informed and taking us through all the steps necessary to complete our case. I had a great experience with this company. Patience is the key when you are in circumstances like I was involved. I am a VERY PATIENT person and behind the scene; Laura and Caitlin were working hard to make sure I walked away owing NO DOCTOR'S for the services I received during treatments. I had a great experience with Farrah and Farrah; specifically Eric Simmons and his team. Last year I was in an accident. The drivers insurance was impossible to get ahold of and when I did, they gave me the wrong case number for an accident in another state from 2 years ago.. so I decided to call Farah and Farah. The free intake consultation was thorough, and helpful for me to understand the process regardless if we moved forward. With this being my first accident requiring an attorney to intervene, I was VERY hesitant and anxious (as a naturally anxious person that needs mental preparation to handle a Wal-Mart trip.) After my first few interactions with Eric and his team moving forward into the case, I realized I was in good hands. They helped make all my appointments with some great providers, followed up after the appointments, kept me updated with every step as the case progressed, and in the end got the case settled out and I was more than satisfied, and grateful.
