My son was charged with possession of alcohol (under 21) as well as misd. possession of a controlled substance while on vacation in Amelia Island. Several attorneys offices contacted us and after speaking with Mr. Michael Rainka I felt comfortable knowing he would handle my child's case in a professional manner. Being a paralegal myself (sadly in another state from where my child's charges were) I knew the appropriate questions to decide if this firm was the best fit for our needs. I am pleased with the way the case was handled. I also cannot say enough about how when I would email or call Mr. Rainka with a question or concern, he was willing to talk with me, call me back or email me back. My child completed all required remedies for his indiscretion and the charges are dropped!!
