My wife and I had an attempted scam pulled on us from what sounded like a bonafide phone call from a Sheriff Deputy saying our son was in an accident (his fault) with a 5 mo. pregnant woman; and he was being taken to the jail to await an appearance before a magistrate. The research I conducted indicated the seriousness of the potential charges. I reached out to Paul Shorstein and he immediately looked into it and gave me the contact info for a bail bondsman. After 5 hours of waiting for our son's name to appear on the jail roster it was determined by all concerned that the "incident" was bogus. When we finally reached our son he confirmed it. Mr. Paul Shorstein is a straight forward person. I presented my case and he told me what he thought and didn't make any promises! I didn't know anything about The criminal laws big or small. All I knew I was praying for myself my attorney and his staff to do what ever They need to do to prove my innocence or have the charges dropped. Neither To say I'm all smiles!
