The crazy thing is this isn’t even my case it’s my sons case he called me last month and said momma I have been trying to contact my attorney but they never return my calls I need to talk to them I figured I would help him and be able to talk to his attorney Donnie Owens this was in the beginning of july to this day he still haven’t returned my call I have called this company numerous times and only talk to Heidi Cherry once they have had this case since 7/1/22 and all communication is horrible they do let you know anything and never answer their phone buuuut…..”WE’RE FOR THE PEOPLE “ what kind of people I ask the ines with the million and billions lawsuit because small minority sure as my son hasn’t gotten the same treatment

My case manager is caring and professional.

Since Sandra Resmondo has been assigned to my case I have learned alot from Sandra on the status of my case and the direction she is going to take in hopes of getting my case ready for resolution.

It's been very good they responded to me and they was fast at whatever they are doing

My case manager is very knowledgeable, in regards to my type of case. She was able to answer all my questions. She also did the things she said she would do! She took a moment to get to know me. I really appreciated that. I feel very confident in my decision to pick up that phone and call Morgan & Morgan!

Horrible experience, going on 17 months, with 10+ of those nothing happened....i have to followup every month and no info, do not return calls or emails, i have been switched to 3 different attorney/case managers...first was horrible, second was fine but left company and cant get a hold of the most recent at all...3 weeks later and apparently they are not even in the same city as me or each other...cant get any one on client experience number either....big joke

So far my experience has been okay. After I left the last review about me thinking my attorney had forgotten about me, the ball had got rolling and now I am waiting to hear back on the outcome of my case.

My first experience with Morgan &morgan. So far I can’t say nothing different.but the best, my case manager stays in touch with me at all times to make sure that, they have all the information they need about the case. If have i to choose Morgan &morgan again I will. Thank you Morgan &morgan for being so professional.
