Let it be known Krysten did a great job for me, thank you Krysten. She had crystal clear communication both ways, Plus she we went out of her way to help me with a couple of extra things. So far the company has done what they said, though this is kind of unpleasant situation debt relief you know, but so far for nine months has gone better than expected, credit report has not gone crazy as of yet, amazing hope it keeps going well, knock on wood, )) thanks
