I have waited over six weeks to write this review for Century Law, but my patience has run out. I am deeply disappointed, frustrated, and feel completely let down by this company’s lack of care for clients once they’ve signed a contract and payments have begun. Initially, I was relieved and hopeful that someone would help me navigate the financial challenges after my husband passed away. Graham, who assisted me during the onboarding process, was excellent—professional, compassionate, and efficient. However, once his role was done, the experience turned into a nightmare. The biggest issue, by far, is communication—or the lack thereof. Despite repeatedly requesting updates via email (to ensure I have a written record) and asking them not to call me due to my work schedule, they continue to disregard my instructions. This lack of respect for my preferences is both unprofessional and exasperating. The worst part came when I decided to pay off the remaining balance sooner than originally planned. Six weeks ago, I requested a calculation for a two-year payoff plan. Not only did the numbers provided make no sense, but they also suggested I’d be paying over $6,000 in total—an outrageous amount that was both incorrect and dishonest. I had a recorded conversation (with permission) from earlier in the process that contradicts their new calculations, and I even created a detailed spreadsheet to show the accurate amounts. Despite my efforts, I still haven’t received a resolution. I’ve emailed and contacted them repeatedly, yet every day, I’m told, “We’ll get back to you tomorrow.” Tomorrow never comes. This company seems far more interested in collecting payments than in delivering the services they promised. To Century Law: you signed me up, you’re being paid, now either step up!!! Do not promise what you can not deliver - it is dishonest

I just want to thank Mike Duncan for all the work he has done for me on 3 different issues, my divorce, an injunction and appeal of final judgement of dissolution of marriage. His outstanding hard work helped prevail a favorable outcome for all three. During my divorce hearings he was well prepared for our defense, his meticulous attention to detail, his court documentation, and his preparedness was invaluable to my defense. Even with all the work he put into the divorce hearing it did not end in our favor, but not by his doing at all. He said you could either accept it and move on or we can file an appeal. I took his advice and we filed an appeal with the 5th DCA. He put in a lot of work on the initial brief and it was spot with everything that the lower court errored on. When the 5th DCA came back with their opinion, they agreed with Mike. They did not just reverse one decision of the lower court they reversed all 3 issues and was sent back to the lower court(win). During this difficult time my ex filed an injunction of protection for no reason at all, the court granted her injunction, but we did not agree again. we went back to court for a rehearing and the facts mike presented were incredible and the injunction was dismissed. Mike, is a great lawyer and easy to talk to, he was always available to talk, and his preparation was incredible. If I ever needed help with anything in the future there is no lawyer, I would like to work with then Mike Duncan. I consider him to be a friend now. Thank you for everything you did for me mike, it is truly appreciated. If your looking for a lawyer that is going to work hard for you and give it everything I would suggest Mike Duncan.
