Did exactly what they said they would do. I had over 50K in credit card debt and I just finished the Debt Resolution program. Every team member I dealt with was very helpful. In particular towards the end of the program I dealt with Cynthia I. She went above and beyond while assisting me. She genuinely cared and it's hard to find that in customer service nowadays. Strongly recommend, for the first time in almost 20 years I'm out of crippling credit card debt.

No one wants to have to work on clearing up debt but life happens! I have been working with Century for a year thus far and they are outstanding! The customer service ALWAYS blows my mind. They are understanding of circumstance and never make me feel awful when I need to move a payment etc. John Wright was my customer service rep today, he started my morning off with a smile. So kind and helpful.
