I spoke with Mr. Duncan about a potential legal matter. He took the time to explain my options, potential fees, etc. By the end of the call, I had determined it was not in my best interest, financially, to proceed with a lawsuit. I appreciate that he didn't just try to steer me into one for the purpose of making money. In the end, despite my wish to recover money from a shady businessman, I ended up saving money on the advice of a very good attorney.

Mr. Candelaria is one of the best, he will fight for you to the bitter end. I had to fire one lawyer because he said I didn't have a case. I hired Mr. Candelaria and I felt he had my best interest in heart. That turn out to be the truth. He didn't put my case on a shelve, but he pursuit it and got me justice and a settlement.
