I contacted Attorney Albaugh to discuss a lawsuit that had been filed against me, with the possibility of being forced into bankruptcy. The credit card company had started calling me 2 to 3 times a day, threatening garnishment of wages. The Attorney recommended the best strategies to avoid garnishment, including settlement of the debt. He was able to negotiate the debt down to about half of what I owed and got the lawsuit dismissed. Due to financial issues awhile back, I couldn't pay my traffic fines and ended up with a suspended license. This lead to driving on suspended license cases because I had to keep driving for work and my kids.
