I received regrettably a second DUI. Mr. Rainka and his firm came highly recommended for my situation by a friend. I was arrested and in jail waiting to see the judge when 5 minutes before time a officer came and told me I would see the judge at another time. Mr. Rainka had me out of jail the next morning! Fantastic! It's been a long year. I have been hospitalized and declining health since. My court date was delayed due to my circumstances. This all happened because Mr. Rainka listened to my concerns and helped me. He is very professional and knows the laws. I would recommend him to anyone that was or is in my situation.
