The firm of Driver, McAfee, Griggs and Peek was highly recommended to me by our company's outside law firm as one of the premier M&A/transaction firms in north Florida. The firm, and specifically Ray Driver, provided outstanding service to our company and to me personally on 2 separate transactions. The issues were complex, including many tax concerns, and the opposing lawyers were members of large, seasoned national law firms. I felt that Ray was every bit an equal to these lawyers.
