This guy has been a blessing for my cousin and her husband. She was able to call him during a traffic stop and he over heard her husband's civil rights being violated by Duval county detectives. I was charged with a felony. My first time any trouble with law. Scott, by sheer luck for myself, was talking to my family already when I made Bond. I was impressed! Young, hungry and full of pain for his career and family. I was arrested in St. Augustine. He already knew the judge's and prosecutors. He knew about PTI. I Other attorneys did not know and talked money and preparing to fight on court. Scott is worth the extra money because he is much better than the average defense attorney! PTI was for a year. I couldn't do it because I'm disabled. P.O. had me kicked from PTI which I wanted. Paid more money and case is dismissed and on way for record to be expunged! That's what I'm talking about.
