After our accident, Farah&Farah was the first law firm that was recommended. Being new to the Jacksonville area, we didn’t know much about them, but I was so glad I reached out to them! To be honest, we had a rough start with the first lawyer assigned to our case due to her lack of communication and professionalism. When management was informed of our concerns, they immediately reassigned our case to a new lawyer, Keith Anderson, who was PHENOMENAL!! From the second he took over our case, he was professional and informative. He made sure we understand everything about our case - from terminology to timelines.
