Savannah Cooley, Attorney and Jennifer Williams, Paralegal, worked with us after an accident. Many people did not want the case but Savannah and Jennifer trusted in us which went a long way in us trusting them. They answered the phone every time we called or called us right back when we left a message. They were always professional and respectful in every interaction that we had with them. My husband even said that he felt like he gained two new friends! That alone should say how much trust he had in them! In the end they won us a very nice settlement that changed our lives. Thank you very much! Dwight and Lisa M.

Our experience with this firm was very disappointing. The attorney that represented our case, Savannah Stewart, and the paralegal, Jennifer Williams, did not show any sense of concern on our file. On multiple occasions, we had to reach out to these ladies to receive updates on our case after they had promised to response by a certain date/time. During the beginning, Savannah stated that she would provide us with an update in about 60 days. After 90 days and no response from her, we sent an email asking for status. Her first response to this inquiry addressed all other issues outlined in our communication to her except for her latency in replying to us. Not even a simple “I’m sorry” was offered. In our response to her, we asked her to explain why there was such a lag in communicating with us and she stated that while she said 60 days in our meeting that she also specified that she didn’t have an exact time schedule. Are you kidding me? When you tell a customer you will respond within a certain timeframe have the courtesy to do so. Do not come up with a lame reason of why you did not respond and still not offer an apology of any sort. It is called accountability, which from my experience, this is a term this firm is not familiar with. The best part is at the end of her email on this matter she wrote that she would make a two-week reminder on her calendar to contact us with any updates. Guess what did not happen? We again had to contact Savannah to ask for an update. This time she used the excuse that she was in and out of the office for depositions and mediation. Isn’t that what a lawyer’s duties typically consist of? Again, no accountability. If you promise a customer something, deliver it. Another email was sent on February 14th. No response. Sent another email on February 20th and the excuse that she is not always in the office was used again. This response was the best because it clearly showed that she was responding from her iPhone. At the end of our case, we received the settlement documents and before we could sign them we had to point out that the net proceeds listed were incorrect (simple math!), a paragraph that was not legible, my husband was referred to as “her”, as well as the year being listed as 2019 (when it was 2020) on signature forms. These are items we would assume our attorney or paralegal would catch before sending to us for completion. At this time, we are still waiting on a response regarding a letter from our health insurance carrier to confirm that our PIP has been exhausted. On March 13th, Jennifer said it would take approximately 20 days to receive a response from the insurance carrier. It is now April 27th and no response has been received. As usual, we have sent an email asking for an update and no response as of yet. We were also surprised that there was no satisfaction survey, or any other feedback requested from Farah and Farah on how we thought our case was handled. It seems to us that once they are done with the case, they wipe their hands clean and move on. Almost any company you do business with these days looks for feedback on their employees as a way to improve the services they offer their customers, not this one. Hopefully, we will never need the services of a lawyer for this type of matter again but if we do, Farah and Farah will not be a firm we would even consider hiring to represent us.
