From the moment I spoke with my attorney, Douglas Shanteau, I felt confident that he was going to take GREAT care of me........AND HE DID!!!! He was ALWAYS available to speak with me and help me understand the process! He was NEVER hands off! Whenever I emailed him my concerns, he addressed them QUICKLY! If he EVEN THOUGHT I did not understand, he would ask if I needed to speak with him! He was THE BEST ATTORNEY, I EVER HAD!!!! Kudos to Farah and Farah for having such a GREAT ATTORNEY on their team!!!

I was in a traffic accident that hurt my back. Herniated and bulging discs that required injections 4 times and therapy multiple times. Andrew Miller fought for me, kept me informed throughout and got me a settlement to take care of future medical bills. He was great.

Trevor doesn't communicate with me I text him with questions I call hes at meetings or issues with his computer I am not feeling support there are other lawyers out there. I chosen you it want my fault of car accident but if I chose wrong lawyer that's MY fault communication goes a long time so does pain and decisions we make

It very well could be a 5 star, I guess. I'm told, there's a team on my case. I only met the assistant. She's great. Just havn't met my lawyer. I get it, he's busy, but a one-time' intro wouldn't be so bad.
