Farah and Farah took on mycase as a workman's comp case and I never received the proper care I contacted my attorney and she said they could send me to one of their doctors which turned out to be a doctor in the workers comp group my condition repeatedly got worse the attorney settled the case for $9,000 because she said I had insignificant proof of injury 6 months after that I fell down broke my back went into complete paralysis I was paralyzed from head had intensive physical therapy and to this day and still recovering in physical therapy cannot drive cannot work I am only 50 years and was very my life has been turned upside down with the compensation that would have maybe paid one of my bills that I have inquired over the past year and a half very disappointed and still trying to regain full mobility

We have been working with Eric Simmons on our case since Nov 2022, when we were hit head on at a stop sign. There have been issue after issue with the insurance companies, along with ER billing issues. Eric has been a rock throughout the process. Taking care of everything for us. Making sure we get with the best doctors and physical therapy doctors in Jacksonville. Arranging appointments and making sure we got the care we desperately needed after our accident. He has fought for us to make sure we were compensated for our time that had to be taken off work. In the process I actually lost my job. And while Eric couldn't help me in that incident, he did talk to me, and check in on me often. After a year and 2 months we finally got the call it is over. The bills are paid and we will be compensated for our losses. Thank you Eric for all of your hard work and dedication to myself and my husband. I know we haven't always been easy to deal with. But you have been great through it all.

Farah & Farah were a big help .. Tiffany and Lindsey were more than helpful.. They made sure to keep in contact throughout the whole process and even though it was a long process we got what we needed and I’ll recommend anyone to come to Farah and Farah . Worse experience ever!! Micheal Tollette was my attorney and he settled my claim for less than it was worth. My car was completely totaled and the at fault driver had a policy worth 60k. Michael has not been in contact with me since November 2023 yet settled my claim and sent me an email without any notice for a lousy $1,300!! This is ridiculous and the crazy thing is I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM after several calls/ emails/ and voicemails!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
