My experience with Nooney and Roberts was phenomenal!!! This law firm started my case back in January 2024 and they went to" bat" for me did not take "NO" for an answer. In addition, the firm came with a highly recommendation from a previous client. Their communication skills via email or a return phone call was 100% positive. I like their sense of humor and my sense made our client Attorney relationship GOOD. Kudos to my Legal Team Kelly, Chris, Ashton, and the "Friendly " Receptions lady that kept talking to me every time, Her tone never change always upbeat. Lisa and Sandra were awesome! They kept me updated on my case. They always responded within a timely manner. Sandra was very helpful and knowledgeable the entire time. I recommend them anytime!

Had two laywers assigned to our case. The first one was removed without notifying us about the change. The second one was going through a rough separation and it affected his performance. Very slow to respond to our concerns and inquiries, at times they didn't answer us so we felt ignored. Vital information provided by our lawyer was inacurrate, missleading, incomplete or confusing. We feel they should have done a much better job working with us, and guiding us through this difficult and very lengthy process!

So pleased with the service received by Lisa and her assistant Sandra. They kept me informed and up to date on my case. Although my case took a bit, (not due to N&R) I was pleased and appreciated the fact they even took my small case. They were the best. Thank you so much for all you did.

Do not use them! Unless you have a million dollar case, they do nothing for you. My daughter was lied to by her attorney and they didn't even send over any medical records to the at fault insurance company. They don't call back and definitely do NOT support you. We requested another attorney for the case and Lisa adamantly said no. Stay far away!!

Worst law group I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible communication. In fact, no communication. It was not until I had completed my medical and therapy treatments that I finally decided to call them to find out about my case only to be informed that they could no longer take my case. Shouldn’t they have told me that in the beginning instead of 7 months later?
