I have experienced nothing but outstanding service from the Law Office of Ramona S. Chaplin, P.A.. Attorney Chaplin and her staff were always very professional and courteous during my interactions with them. I have always appreciated Attorney Chaplin's thorough explanations of the law and expert legal advice. I would highly recommend her law office to anyone.

My first interaction with Ms. Chaplin was very unprofessional and lacked introduction. She stated, "Let me see your paper work." Surprised, I questioned her, asking if she was Ramona Chaplin. Regardless, I was excited to support a "professional" woman of color with her own law firm. I paid Ms. Chaplin to assist with filling out documentation for my divorce. She omitted 2 forms, deeming them unnecessary. I was later contacted by the courts for the missing paperwork and reached out to Ramona for assistance. She was extremely rude and dismissive and suggested I seek google for help. She also refused a refund. Ramona is unprofessional, condescending, incompetent, and lacks customer service. I will never forget the way she treated me. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone. If I could give her a sub-rating I would as she is undeserving of one star.

Mrs.Chaplin is one of the most caring attorney I have ever come across, not only does she fight for you she cares about you and, also she takes time to listen to you I wish we had more attorneys in Jacksonville, Florida like her if you ever need an attorney call Ms. Chaplin P.A she is there for you

From the initial interview, Ms. Ramona Chaplin was very professional, understanding and kind as well as willing to help where needed. Her firm was very emphatic with what my family was going through and her and her firm remained helpful throughout the entire process until the end.
