My experience with this office was amazing. Barry kept me in the loop about everything and everyone in the office did their due diligence in handling my case. The first time ever having this experience with a law office. I recommend them and I'll keep them in mind for anything that I may need them for in the near future.

Frank Ashton took my case and was completely dedicated and professional. He and the rest of the staff were there for me every step of the way. They communicated with me on a constant basis and updated me on every aspect of my case. I was very blessed to have this law firm working for me. I appreciate all of the endless hours they put in. I was referred to Karl Green by another attorney as someone that may be able to help me with an old case from back in 2009. After a phone call with him, I quickly retained him and had great results in a short amount of time. Within 10 days of the date of retainer, my case had been dismissed. Mark Hardesty has helped my ex with job related injury , myself with job related injury , my daughter with SSI from her father, & my parents with car accident. Mark Hardesty is like a bull in a China shop , no one likes going up against him !! Mark is straight up with you , he doesn't blow smoke up your butt. He will tell you if he thinks he can win , he won't take your case unless he's100% sure he can win , & Mark doesn't get paid unless you get paid.

I met Mark Hardesty and Michael Tyde many years ago, I had never seen a lawyer before and I was very nervous,But once I got to my appointment and met Mr.Hardesty and Mr.Tyde and their staff I was relaxed and very comfortable in talking with them, I had great confidence in them as lawyers and their honesty which was very important to me, I have used them over the years just for their legal opinions and I hear back from them or they have a staff member call me, I recommend them highly to everyone if you want a hard no nonsense lawyer who knows their stuff you want be disappointed.
