James was an amazing lawyer. He was very responsive, thorough and treated me with the best care. My experience with him was terrific, and a very comfortable and benefitial one. Mr. Hill has helped me through the most scariest situation of my life.. James went the extra mile for me. I was facing serious charges at that time. Mr. Hill came in and in 1 day, cleared my case in court. His diligence and drive made for a fast turn of release with only probation. He is a blessing and an Angel.

I hired James as counsel in two DUI cases, and both were adjudicated to my satisfaction, exceeding my expectations. I could've been charged with a felony and habitual offender and would've received a harsh sentence but he worked with the Division Chief to lessen the charges, and reducing my sentence. He also worked out a deal with the State to allow me an opportunity to participate in Work Furlough so that I wouldn't have to lose my employment. I cannot speak more highly of James, highly recommend his counsel, and I will hire him again if unfortunate circumstances arise or if I need him to represent me in non criminal situations.

A few months ago, I hired James for a Family Law/Child Support case. As a lawyer myself, I had very high expectations with the type of representation that I wanted; someone who was smart, aggressive, and competent. I interviewed three other attorneys before I was referred to, and subsequently, spoke with James. Halfway through our first conference call, I was convinced that James was the perfect one to represent me. James cares about his clients. He is responsive, and he works hard to make sure that he can get the best outcome; taking the time to walk you through so that you are knowledgeable about every phrase of the process. For example, before mediation, he clearly shared what the strategy would be, and he executed. When the case went to trial, James was so clearly prepared with arguments and case law that he even impressed the judge and made the opposing attorney seem ill-prepared. James was able to either negotiate, or have the court rule in my favor for child support, visitation, and waiving of prior expenses that I owed. We all left the courthouse with smiles. I have already referred cases to him, because I trust he will provide my loved ones and friends with the same high level of representation that I received.
