Mr. Michael went above and beyond. I had sent a email to Mr Shorstein on a Sunday morning, within 20 minutes he responded to my email. After a couple exchanged emailed he made me feel a lot better about the adoption process. Michael explain the process to my husband and I. We felt as ease and great confidence knowing that everything was going to be ok.

Michael Shorstein has been our attorney through two adoptions. His knowledge of adoption law and the adoption process gave us a lot of confidence and certainty that our adoptions would be finalized. He remained calm and patient when we were worried and gave us sound advice. Adoptions can be difficult to navigate and having a knowledgeable attorney proved to be so important in both of our adoptions. Michael Shorstein is a trusted advisor with a great passion for adoption.

I consulted with Michael Shorstein about a family law matter. Although he ultimately informed me he would not be able to represent me, he was kind enough to provide guidance and assistance at no charge.

I called Shortein and Kelly after my water broke and was in the hospital feeling very uneasy and worried about the future of my child. The next day they had there Physcologist at the hospital to talk to me and my options and plans. The next day Michael came and was very caring. By the time he left I felt completely at ease and my fear was gone. He came again with gifts a few days later. That night I delivered and by the time of my discharge he had the perfect family for my daughter. They flew out the next day. Within a week this all happened. He was amazing.

My name is Karie and i have three beautiful children , i love my kids they are my world my soul my everything and as a parent i try my hardest to do whats best for them , so with that being said when i was pregnant with my fourth child knowing i couldn't financially take care of who we now call grayson , i found shorstein n kelly ... the thought of adoption killed me inside mentally and emotionally but then the thought of abortion killed me even more , this precious baby didn't ask to be brought into this world so i couldn't take him out the harsh way . so i met with mike tears and all and i told him i want to still be in graysons life and they made it happen every month i get updated pictures of grayson and how he's doing, also me and the adoptive parents text each other and have what we call phone dates so dont think for a second as soon as the adoption is complete your out of the picture because you're not what you are giving these soon to be parents are a gift and they will forever be thankful, for whoever reads this , i know its going to be hard mentally and emotionally shorstein n kelly provide counselling free of charge ,and the whole time i was pregnant i used that advantage and shawna ( the therapist) is the best of the best ,she helped me with all my troubles without her knowledge i wouldn't be where i am now and i'm highly grateful !. For those who are considering adoption shorstein n kelly is your answer they are angels and they make miracles happen !. michael and his whole team was placed on this earth for a reason and that reason is to help those in need, they are godsent in my eyes !. godspeed karie

I decided to do adoption and immediately found Shorstein & Kelly. They were the best throughout thr whole process. Thanks to them I found the best parents to raise my son. I could not have had such a good experience and have life long relationships with both the attornies and adoptive family. They were the best and I would not be as happy as I am without them. Honestly, if I could do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Shorstein & Kelly for making everything work out and go smoothly.

Micheal Shorstien is an amazing attorney. He helped me with placing my beautiful daughter for adoption. Knowing that it is a very hard but wonderful decsion, micheal made me aware of everything i need to know about adoption and making me feel comfortable about the decsion. He is someone i could surely trust. Micheal keeped me very informed about adoption and the process of adoption. Michael Shorstein is an amazing person, personally and professionally. My husband and I feel fortunate that we were able to meet with Michael and his team when we were pursuing our options for beginning a family. Our introduction to Michael Shorstein evolved from our desire to learn about adopting a child when we faced challenges of starting a family via fertility treatments and numerous disappointments. We spoke with four other attorneys at that time vis a vis our search of someone we felt was honest, understood our trepidations, while finding a situation that worked well for our family. When people approach me when they are considering adoption, I always rave about the most amazing experience in my life, the person who made it happen (i.e. Michael Shorstein), and of course, our son, who my husband and I helped enter the world at 4:00 am on the day he was born.
