Mr Elder "represented" my minor son in a civil action. He was woefully underprepared and submitted false documentation to the court. When challenged on the false information provided he tried to pass the buck and deny any knowledge of the misrepresentation to the court. Because of this we now have togo back to court and have wasted a month of our lives. I am VERY unsatisfied by his lack of preparation.
