Don't do it.. very dishonest person. Will take your money and do nothing with the case

I hired this attorney to handle a wrongful death case and had used him before. I gave a 5-star review the first time because I'm honest about my reviews. I retract my 5-star review and give him a 1. I have spoken to many other attorneys experienced in the field and certainly would have handled this differently, not waiting until 2 months before the statute of limitations runs out to drop the case no less at Christmas time. He did not get the proper evidence or even try to answer the insurance company's response. Every attorney I've spoken to agree that there is no longer time to get the proper evidence to support the claim and file a proper complaint with the court before the statute of limitations runs out. I had been reassured by this firm they had everything they needed at the end to get dropped because this attorney did not want to pay a filing fee I could have waived. Do yourself a favor and stay away. He will sit on the case and will end with a poor result. In my opinion, he does not have the client's best interests in mind!
