After being referred to me by a family friend, I knew I chose the right person, Timothy Croskey. When my insurance company refused to pay me what I spent out of pocket, he fought aggressively for me. Even when the insurance company went out of business, he continued to fight for me til I was made whole. If I ever found myself in this situation again, he is the first call I’d make.

We had an insurance claim which required using an attorney. We have used different firms in the past for various legal needs. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome but the communication, availability and knowledge of the process made this unfortunate circumstance a lot easier. Tim is an amazing asset to this firm and was always a phone call away. I didn’t deal with paralegals who claimed he’s busy and took a message- I called and he called back!
