McGrath Gibson handled my Auto Accident case quickly but effectively. My experience was exceptional & they all were super helpful in answering any of my questions and also giving me updates on what was going on with my case.

I would highly recommend McGrath Gibson to anyone needing legal assistance. They represented me for an automobile accident that I was involved in and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I really appreciated the communication I had with their staff. It was reassuring to be well advised of everything that went on throughout my case!

Did business with these guys about 5 years ago things were smooth. However I had to have multiple surgeries and I had a family law dispute in which I also used their service's for. It also started off smooth. I thought they had my best interests at heart you meet with the main guys which they are stand up guys. The people they once had on their team were great they kept in touch made sure you were ok. But as time past those people left the firm for whatever reason. That's when things went South fast. No blame to the people who did what they could but it doesn't mean it wasn't done right. I do understand they're a ton of cases but when you get railroaded it's not fun. I recently went to court hearing pertaining to family law the judge who's been on my case never once knew I had to have surgery or had applied for disability. Nor did they tell me they were only on my case on minimum bases. Not to mention on my Auto Accident I still have medical bills in collections when 80 percent of my lawsuit went towards bills. When I wanted to talk about what recently happened in court as to why I wasn't told the judges didnt know about my injuries? I was told if I wished to discuss anything with them I would have to hire them for my family law case moving forward they didn't wish to talk about past cases. But it's messed up that they would say that after me asking a simple question after going into court blind to the fact these people had no idea of my condition. Which isn't fair or ethical. Mike and Brad are great guys but some of the folks around them make sure they have the same character as Mike and Brad if not you'll always have uncertainty. I hope no one else has to endure what I have.

Had them handle my workmanscomp case. They mis led me about my settlement at mediation, My attorney Mike seemed to be more of a lay down then a fighter. If i had not done my own research on depositions i would not have been ready. Then after settlement they have held my money for longer so they can collect interest on it. All good until i needed them to work for me. I really have been left thinking they are shady characters.
