Excellent legal representation! Warm staff overall from the receptionist, to the paralegal to the lawyer that handled my case(s). If you have a unfortunate legal matter pending before you go anywhere else, check these fine folk out. You won't regret them!

I was so overwhelmed by the paperwork that was sent to me by the lawyer my ex was using, but right away Carla was extremely helpful in guiding me and helping me understand everything. She was always responsive and ready to assist in any way possible. She was incredibly easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable the whole way through. I was in a hit and run car accident that ended up with me having back issues. This was all new to me and I didn't even contact McGrath Gibson in the beginning. I went to a chiropractor at first because of minor pain which ended up being more severe. I was referred to a dr I hated and after having MRIs, the imaging place actually advised me to get an attorney because my expenses were going to be over my cap - a friend recommended McGrath Gibson. It was great because they were in my neighborhood and I liked the small office feel. They immediately took my case and thank God, sent me to an excellent, caring pain mgmt dr which hangs the moon in my eyes and ortho dr for fractures. Carla Wester and Natalie hung in with me handling all my medical bills until my case was finally settled. They worked hard to settle out of court saving me the stress of dealing with an insurance attorney. I can't thank them enough for their countless phone calls and/or emails keeping up with me and immediate responses within 24 hours for any questions. Don't let my comment, "small office feel" throw you, they can handle your case and will take care of you! Highly recommend them.
