Finding an experienced and knowledgeable attorney when you need someone is important and Carole Vogel, who just joined Owenby Law, is definitely someone you can trust and depend on. With over 25 years of experience she is the one I would immediately call if I needed a good attorney, but most especially in the area of Family Law and custody issues. She not only has the experience and knowledge, but also the compassion for children and families to listen and do the work. I recommend her highly.

This law firm is a money pit that doesn't put out results. We were supposed to have an emergency hearing with a retainer of 3K and 6 months later still haven't been to a judge and had paid them $4300. They didn't outline the details of how much everything would cost they just kept running the bill up and up and now wanting $7500 on top of everything we paid for just to do an emergency hearing. This law firm is horrible!!!!!

Going through a divorce was possibly the hardest thing I have had to do in my adult life. The situation is, as I am sure most of them are, a very personal and sensitive topic. When I met Ellen, she immediately made me feel supported, comforted, and assured that I was in great hands. Finances were one reason that I was concerned about ever getting a divorce, but I was even able to get a payment plan that worked so that was not even a problem. The entire process went smoothly. Christina Wolford is representing us. She has done a very good job in doing so on case but she left the law firm I think because of them doing this to people she good I give her a 5 star but you will pay for what you get she good. I plan one giving another review after the second case I gave 4 stars and when case 2 is done I will gave them a second review the only reason they didn't get 5 is because we have one more case she is a awesome representative in are case hoping to give a better review next time. So far I would recommend them to people and planning on using them in the future if I ever need someone to represent me in a legal matter or to get advice from. I gave them 4 stars at first but they never finished are case and left us with no Warning in the middle of the case. They'd lied to us and I paid them in full but they wanted more money to stay on the case

Christina WIlford was amazing to work with. Ms. WIlford listened attentively and proposed an alternative solution that met my needs. She was very attentive to detail and expeditiously handled my proceedings, in four months--- from start to finish.

Worst experience ever! I paid 3k for a retainer. This law firm literally charged me $175.00-$250.00 per email sent to eat up my retainer. No matter who the email was to.....me, each other, opposing attorney... They changed lawyers 3 times in less than a year. Then charged me for the double work! Nobody there is on the same page. 3k and nothing was even remotely done once the first attorney left. They created 8k of charges. But that doesn't even include discovery, mediation, pretrial, or trial. Emails and initial paperwork ONLY! Very sad! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! Only the ladies in billing are nice and understanding!

Owenby Law was super helpful during my case and my attorney Sandy Millington was always accessible and supportive. I would recommend her to anyone that needs legal services. She went out of her way to answer my questions and explain everything in a way I could always understand. It is important to mention that it was nice that she can speak Spanish and explain the process in Spanish.

My experience with the Owenby Law Firm has been outstanding. My Atty. Tawny Rountree has done an excellent job of representing me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I did much better in my final hearing that I ever thought I would. I can’t thank her enough. Additionally, Ms. Jenn who handles finance, has gone over and above what I expected to accommodate me in making payments and working with me when there were issues.
