After two years and thousands of dollars spent paying on nothing more than emails back and forth, I have still not been able to see my children. This attorney has written up only one legal document in response to my ex's original demands for custody and has left me to stand alone in court on two separate occasions. At this point, it has been over 5 months now that I've not seen my children, even though there is an existing court order. To charge a motion to enforce will cost me yet again another $1500, even though I've already spent $4000 on one document and 1 paragraph emails.
