Theresa came into my life when I was at my wit's end with my home in Jacksonville that has been in limbo for almost 7 years without foreclosure. She was able to help me get a good outcome not only for me but also persuaded me to seek resolution with the other party through my own personal contact. In the end both myself and the opposing party were able to meet on common interests and mutually beneficial terms so that instead of ending up as enemies we were able to come together more as partners each getting something we both wanted. Her efforts provided the impetus to get the other party to take action which allowed me to be a part of the solution.
