My situation was not all common and Mr. Ruff made sure to cover all the bases to let me know about my options and then walked me through the process with more detail than I could have ever imagined. From the beginning I was given honest information in a very professional manner and even more so, respectfully! The additional videos are a great way to get initial questions answered and they go even further to explain every step. I loved that they even included exactly how to get to the courthouse and where to park, expected parking fees...just everything! Even at the court, I was amazed at how other people had to muddle through and was so much more grateful that I had all the information I needed from Mr. Ruff to eliminate any surprises. I just can't say enough about how much he made this unbearable experience less nerve-racking.
