I was originally referred to The Legal Department by my Accountant to help me with a difficult situation going on within my business. I can honestly say I could not have ended up in better hands. Laurie has always been very attentive, an excellent listener, and continues to ask all of the right questions so that she can advise me on the best options for my situation at the time. As the situation progressed, I continuously reached out to Laurie and her team for assistance knowing that they would guide me in the right direction. I always feel like the team is up to date on what’s going on and knowledgeable. Sometimes the truth can be a tough conversation to have, but I consider The Legal Department to be true friends of my business and willing to give me the reality of the situation with my best interest in mind, even if it isn’t what I was hoping to hear. The flat fees are transparent and I have always felt the rates were fair. The value of service I receive each time for the fee exceeds my expectations. There’s never a hassle to get on the calendar when I need a consult, the team is so responsive when I have a question. I am definitely in a better place now than I was when I first became a client and I will continue to use The Legal Department as time goes on for my business needs and I highly recommend other FL small business owners do the same, you won’t regret it!

Laurie and her team are so great! Although I haven’t worked directly with them on services yet, the experience has been great. Jena was warm, patient, and attentive to all of my questions. I’ve had such a pleasant experience working with TLD and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of legal services! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. As a mental health practice owner I’ve always found the legal side of business to be intimidating and quite frankly- scary! But from the start and with every project I’ve worked on with them, everyone I’ve encountered within their business is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.
