I had the privilege of working with attorney Daniel Terpollari on our E2 Investment Visa Process. We had a very complicated situation due to time constraints in purchasing a business here in USA. The seller was not willing to wait for immigration process and wanted to sell within a month or so. Attorney Daniel contacted the seller and assured on an expeditious process and started to work immediately with the case. We were able to go back to our home country Albania and wind up our affairs there while attorney Dan completed everything on his end with the third parties here in USA. Attorney Daniel filed for our change of status the next day upon our entry to USA and to our surprise USCIS approved our case within a week.
