Worst lawyer. Do not use. They only care about how much money you can give them, nothing else.

Called them a few years back for help. I was so scared and alone just wanted some help. Told them I had no money at the time .and they never called me back so I lost everything

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!They will ask for $5k to represent then run the bill up basically doing nothing to represent except barely file paperwork. They will milk the retainer. They then want more $$. Want give you itemized statement to see what you were charged for what or when. Takes forever to get a refund after you fire them. This happened in beginning of Covid-19 they represented my sister less than a month. My sister hired these people. She still doesn't have her $$ back from leftover retainer. When she went in to fire them and sign the release papers we were escorted to the front door and forced to leave. The itemized statement is coded so no one knows what the codes are. I have been with my sister every step of the way even on phone calls as a witness to everything!!

REAL REVIEW!!!!!!! I was referred to Florida Womens Law Group. I was in a very sticky situation, and they came together as a team to help me. Very pleased, when I walked in. Also I was able to pay everything on time. If they needed it. They got it. This is a business, and I am responsible to pay them for their service. They were responsible to help me. However, towards the end of the case closing. I owed money, I was told by multiple people that I didn't have to pay, after explaining to them the situation at hand. I was also told by them that I would have a refund check. The ladies at the front desk were always nice when they called asking, and apologized several times if they told me the wrong thing. I would call back after not receieving a response, and they would politely tell me that everything is good now. I never ignored their calls, because at the end of the day bills are in need for one thing. To be paid. If anything I called more than they did to make sure everything was good. It was very confusing (you owe, you don't, you owe, you don't, here's a refund, you owe) I spoke with Hiliary, she has to be one of the rudest ones there. She kept interrupting me while I was talking and then she raised her voice and said "No one would ever tell you not to pay a bill. I'm transferring you to Karen" So now she's calling me a liar. They have always received their money when asked. Like I said, these are women who are there for you, however for a price. WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE! How can you get mad at that? If I was trying to run from a bill, why would I answer the phone? Call back? Dont ever refer to me as a liar. I'm telling you ONE BAD APPLE CAN SPOIL THE BUNCH! Check the notes, records, and emails before you call someone a liar. They need to fire her. Karen explained it all to me. Like I knew she would. This is a business, they care for a cost. They go to school to help people in situations. To help make life better. That they did, but Hiliary (works over the financial department) how do you expect them to make money talking the way you do to people? In order for you to get paid they need to get paid. By the way, the money I owed.. paid. I just wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page. I mean you can't go to Walmart, grab what you need and walk out without paying. If you're mad at the cost, find someone else. But Hiliary, terrible! This is a real review. As for Andrea, Karen, and the ladies at the front desk that answers the phone. (5 stars) You guys are good at what you do. I understand we all make mistakes. But mistakes are an opportunity for growth.

I only gave one star because there is not a lower rating. These women, prey on women who are desperate for help. I was in a domestic violence situation with my ex and he was threatening to take away our daughter. I spoke to Andrea and Hillary and they seemed so ready to help, with promises of knowing the judge in my case and being able to get a continuance. All of which failed. She uses $1,500 I had to borrow from my parents and my daughter was taken away from me anyway. When I asked her what I was going to do if my ex started abusing our daughter, she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked her what I was supposed to do if something happened to my daughter at the hands of my ex, that my daughter could not be replaced and that she as safe with me, she again shrugged me off. I asked her if the judge or her firm was prepared to compensate me if my daughter was seriously injured by her father and she again, shrugged me off. My ex husband has had 3 DV restraining orders on him and FOUR open DCF cases and she let the judge that she was "friendly with", take my child away and didn't even give it a second thought. The police showed up at my home 4 hours later and took my daughter into custody and returned her to her violent and abusive father. Now I have to talk to my daughter via FaceTime everyday and pray that she can get out unharmed. I cannot stress enough to NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! They are FRAUDS!!! Pie crust promises, easily made, easily broken. Andrea told me that not only as she "friendly with the judge", but also that she knew how to lead him into the direction she wanted him to go. She also said that I had a 99.9% chance of getting a continuance so that we could build a case. ALL LIES. No such thing happened. When I cried on the phone, she had no emotion whatsoever. DO NOT HIRE THESE WOMEN!! Any of them. I would ask for a full refund, but I am sure that would not happen either, as everything they say is a lie. They prey on victims of abuse and women who are seeking and are desperate for help. I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired this firm. After ONE day of her doing nothing to help me, she ran through all $1,500 and asked for more money. She told me that she would need another $20,000-$40,000. Who can afford this? I cried on the phone with these women and told them about the abuse that I had endured in a 15 year marriage, and they promised me the moon and gave me nothing. DO NOT HIRE THESE WOMEN!! They are frauds and will continue to drain you of every penny you have and deliver you nothing but broken promises. After hiring Andrea Kast, I lost my daughter to my abusive ex husband and I lost every cent of $1,500 for three hours worth of "work". Save your money and hire ANYONE else. I could have represented myself and gotten a better outcome. $1,500 was all that I had left and they took it, all of it. Spread the word and do not let these women re-victimize you.

I should have represented myself and saved $5000. I'm still angry about the incompetent representation I received from this firm and its been a year since I hired them. Beyond ridiculous I reached out to the owner and never received a response. Do Not hire this firm unless you are involved in an uncontested divorce, but who knows they may screw that up too. You've been warned I left one star because I had to, not because they deserve it. Attorneys can suck all day long and know they will still get paid. This has got to stop. They should be paid after they prove they have enough competence to actually do their job. If that happened, most attorneys would be out of work. Do your homework because filing motions and representing yourself isn't as hard as they want you to think it is. I represented myself in court since I had the experience with these women and I won! But this firm couldn't help me in court, go figure.....

The firm is extremely professional, with integrity, and heart! They are FOR you, when things seem to be falling apart. Their tag line, "Everything is possible," is realistic, positive and empowering!

Heather Quick is an exceptional attorney. I met with her today for the first time as a consult after my divorce a few months ago . All I can say is I wish I had known about her before I signed off on my divorce papers.. I urge any woman looking to expand her knowledge on this whole crazy divorce proceeding world to explore the office of Heather Quick. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will be your pitbull and fight for everything that is justifiably in your favor. Even though I felt my divorce attorney was good , Heather has that certain charismatic charm that can sting like a bee, and float like a butterfly with confidence and a cutting sword ! I couldn’t be more impressed by her knowledge, presence, and willingness to Go up against what many may Be intimidated by. Thank you for your help Heather, you helped calm my concerns .

I went there years ago for a “what if” consultation. Thanks God, I did not buy their: “your life will be beautiful without your husband” and “ can you imagine just you and your children”. Basically, she was trying to push me to make the decision and pay $xxxx upfront. And for that “consultation” i paid $xxx and the “consultant” happened to be a secretary.
