Wendy is the third attorney to take up my case and by far the best. I was very happy with the result and I know she did her best to pick up the pieces from my previous lawyer(s) mistakes. She's confident, responsive and delivered beyond my expectations.

Being a parent herself, Wendy has been very empathetic, understanding, and vigilant in my custody case. She knows the details backward and forward and often comes to me with the same thought or idea I intended to present to her. She is extremely well-versed in family law and has been nothing but overly prepared each and every time we have gone in front of the judge. Wendy is an honest, hard-working, respectable, and down-to-earth attorney who I would absolutely recommend to anyone going through a divorce. In regards to the comment below, I am concerned that someone would fraudulently use my name to make false statements about Ms. Norman and myself.

I first hired Wendy to help me in my divorce. It was a tough one and she was great. I had problems with my ex after the divorce and had to go back to court. I called Wendy right away. Just like the first time around, she listened to me, talked to me and I got another great outcome. If my ex gives me trouble again, I will call Wendy. Can't get any better than the best!

I am still dealing with awful fall out from a horrendous mediation where taxes were not requested and I, a first year teacher, have been given a $6,500 income to calculate child support and apportion expenses; All stuff that Child Support does fairly, gave up over $10K in arrears am depicted as a liar. I honestly don't know if she is neglectful or in collusion with opposing counsel. This is not the half of it.

Wendy has been my attorney since 2012. She is knowledgeable and well versed in Family Law. She is very responsive, she will personally answer emails within a couple hours. She is honest and always straight forward about what the law allows or doesn't (putting personal emotions aside) so, I was never mislead into a fairytale belief and then blindside "when things didn't go my way" (personal emotions, not the actual law) Wendy answers email questions even after my case was closed and meets with me for legal advice when I ask. "The Father" has re-opened the custody case again recently and she was hired within hours because she knows the case, she knows the law and she gets the job done. She is fair, doesn't overcharge for things other attorney's do. She is an advocate for mediation and when the other party refuses she fights for her clients! Not only is she a lawyer but she is a mom as well so, she has empathy for her clients and most definitely has my daughters best interest at hand. Wendy is personable which makes this very difficult time that much easier to get through. She listens and remembers your personal situation. She is passionate about her job and her clients I highly recommend Wendy Norman to family, friends and friends of friends if anyone is in need of an attorney that knows the law. She is your best bet. I personally WILL NOT use any other attorney in Jacksonville. She was actually my 2nd attorney and from my first meeting with her I felt comfortable handing this very personal and difficult part of my life to her more than capable hands.

In 2012ish I hired Wendy as my divorce attorney she lacked everything from drive, motivation, legal wizardry, professionalism and genuine concern. All she did was paper shuffle and feed off of my family's misery. I attempted to file a grievance against her with the state but was given the run around. She never answered calls, questions or provided feedback on some major important issues to include contempt(s) when I questioned and requested she do her job for which I was being charged $250 and hour she withdrew as my attorney but before doing so she signed for opposing counsel to do a deposition on me without having legal counsel or representation. Her poor legal representation led to me a retired navy chief having to go Pro Se' with better results than having her at my attorney. She may have a license and may be on this site however she is by far the worse attorney one could ever have! I prevailed overall in my case by going solo and hiring an attorney just before trial. Years later I saw her at a play Beauty and the Beast, she had seats with her family right next to me. After realizing who I was have a quarter way through the play her and her family left for what I believe was her piss poor conscience, poor ethics and mistrust of my confidence! I guess she was the Beast! May God show her the same misery she attempted to pour out on me in my most weakest most vulnerable moments in my life!

I hired Ms. Norman to represent me in a complex separation and custody battle. She showed tenacity and a strong understanding of the law in helping me reach a settlement at mediation. Ms. Norman answered my questions promptly and seemed very well respected in the court. I would refer my closest friends.

Ms Norman was nice and confident at our first conference. She looked like she was a fighter so I hired her because I knew that I would need these skills to handle my case. The process was long and it is like she faded as time went on. She was less responsive, did not read my updates, did not answer my questions. At the trial, she was making mistakes with times and financial. It was messy. We lost the case.

Wendy was tireless in her defense and made me feel that I was her most important client. She delivered a fair result in my divorce while keeping me abreast throughout. You will know you your case is being handled by a skilled attorney who always is fighting for your interests. Highly recommend.

I recommend this attorney, she does things the right way, She is very responsive, if you email her or leave a message she will respond to you in a timely manner, she is very knowledgeable in family law, she handled my case with precision. I can't think of any other Attorney that I would want on my case. She gets right to work, she doesn't waste a lot of time. She is very informative, she breaks the law language down to you in terms so that you can understand. She shows compassion to your situation, she is a human being not like some of these other attorneys that act like robots. Wendy is very family oriented and she not only wants what's right for herself but she wants what's right for her clients too. She is NOT an attorney that will participate in Shady business, she is strictly by the book and has high Moral standards. I see a lot of the reviews saying she is very expensive etc...., and honestly I think you have to pay for qualify, just like on my job, I do a qualify job, I want top dollar for my services, same with Wendy, I don't mind paying for Quality Legal Service. If you retain Wendy you will have to pay no doubt, but you will get your money's worth in honesty, ethical service and results!

Mrs.Norman conducted herself very professionally with an added personal touch. She always kept me fully informed during the entire process. She always remained honest even when the truth was difficult to accept. She came through with all of her promises. I never once felt misled or ill prepared. Mrs.Norman receives my highest possible recommendation to anyone who appears to be in an impossible situation. If anyone can provide a positive outcome she would be the one who could make it happen.
