I met William when my wife & I were desperate because our previous lawyer wasn't doing her job & 2 years had past. Thanks to him & his staff (Devika, Anay, & Rossana) who are very nice, patient, hardworking & responsible I was able to get my green card fast & be with my daughter & my wife always. I can't thank you enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mine was not a straightforward case but they all worked super hard on it. I am a UK citizen deemed permanently inadmissable to the USA for 1) Getting in trouble many years ago in the UK and 2) Misrepresentation for not telling immigration about my criminal record on any of my 30+ trips to the USA since, using the visa waiver program. I managed to get a temporary waiver of inadmissibility to come here and work then I met a great lady here and we got married. I was not even going to bother applying for permanent residency as I was told that permanent waivers of inadmissibility are super hard to get. Then I contacted William Cavanaugh and met with him. He expressed confidence in my case so we started the application for permanent residency. Another attorney in his office Devika also helped preparing my large submission files plus interviewing myself and my wife and gathering all the proof of genuine marriage etc as well as putting an extensive application package together. Once it was submitted, we played the usual waiting game with USCIS and their large backlog of cases. After about 10 months we received a notice of interview. We met with the attorneys again to go through interview preparation. On the day of the interview we were met at the immigration office by William Cavanaugh at 7.30am in the morning. He had two large binders jam packed with documents. Extremely well prepared to say the least. The interview went ahead and was nerve racking but was great to have William there fighting our corner. A couple of times he interjected pointing out reasons along with case law as to why immigration should look favorably on our case. After the interview we expected to be waiting many weeks for a response. We were surprised to get an answer in 48 hours. The application had been approved. I had gone from being permanently inadmissible to the USA to a permanent resident all thanks to the hard work of William Cavanaugh and Devika. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking immigration or visa related assistance. I spoke with many companies before selecting William Cavanaugh. He was not the cheapest, although his prices were at the lower end of some of my quotes. But he was the one that took the most time to answer my questions and I felt answered them honestly. Some of the cheaper attorneys seemed less interested in the details of my case and more interested to know when I would be paying them their retainer fee. I personally feel that my case was borderline and that a lesser skilled attorney with less preparation and experience may well have ended up with a denial of my application. Hiring an attorney to help with immigration matters is probably one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Choose the wrong one and it could end very badly. Do like I did, call a few, speak to them about your case and then choose wisely and hopefully choose William Cavanaugh. It was one of the best decisions I had ever made and I have a Green Card that proves it was the right decision in my case.

My husband and I hired Mr. Cavanaugh in June 2018 to help with my marriage-based Green Card application. 8 months and a few days later my Green Card arrived. Back in November of 2015 my new wife Jing and I were looking for an immigration attorney She had entered the country on a student visa and been told by agency she was dealing with she had to pay an extra $20,000 for tutoring . She checked prices at her college and found less expensive tutor programs. The agency then canceled her visa and asked for the money. she did not find out until day she was to fly to school. We dated and fell in love and got married. Now we had a problem obtaining a Green card for her. I felt I could evaluate attorneys as I was a police officer and private investigator for over 40 years. She first wanted a Chinese attorney but reading the reviews in Chinese she found they did nothing but take money. Looked at google and Avvo picked 20. went over the 20 and ended up with two including William Cavanaugh. First one we spoke to was great and we both wanted her but went to Cavanaugh to see second place. The first was a Gator, very important great college and she really Knew her stuff charged for meeting. Then to the FSU grad ,booo big Seminole hater. met William and her gave off this aura of caring and that he would work hard , do a good job and really knows the law and the system. we felt very comfortable with William. we left his office and still wanted the first attorney. We both took notes during the interviews and went home and reviewed them. We added up all the pluses and minuses and finally took William because. He has a great staff with the receptionist really being top notch she follows up on calls and gets back with you. The paralegal Rossana helped us put all the paper work together and told us what to work on. Meeting with William were held in the beginning then to review all evidence, to answer any questions and finally to prepare for the interview. William went with us to immigration and kept us calm and on point. After the interview he handled all our questions as our case was sent up for further review. He answered so many questions, best way to communicate is email William taught me that, and kept us calm. Then finally approval for the temp green card. wow great work. 18 months later back to William for removal of restrictions. Again Rossana helped with gathering all the evidence putting it all together. next a final meeting with William to get the paper work signed and turned in. We worried we emailed William he calmed us. after six months we worried he said we had proven are case just wait it will come. Then this first week of March 2019 the green card was approved with out a second interview or request for more evidence. William and his staff care about us and did a great job. I Am So Satisfied about the result. they were asking me a lot of paperwork but at the end, it was just unreal... in and out in 15 minutes my green card was approved..

He worked on my immigration case and he and his entire office are very professional and thorough and been on my support all the time. Highly recommend this office because with my friends support I get to him.
