Lack of transparency in billing and progress updates
“I was billed without any signs of progress and in the end the case was resolved without his help. When I took the matter up with him he argued that I had signed an agreement and that his billing rate is $360 an hour although he did not show how he arrived at the hours billed by him or his associates.”
