Cons
1
Charges excessive fees for administrative tasks
“Mr. Johnson may know tax law, but he nickel and dimes his clients by charging double what other firms do for copies, mailings and the like. Makes copies of things that could be emailed so he can charge extra.”
2
Lacks responsiveness and transparency with clients
“He dodges calls when he doesn't feel like talking to his clients. One time I couldn't get in touch with him regarding my case and was told he was out of the office (I was standing in the parking lot), he was very much there. I don't appreciate being lied to and the staff seem to 'lie' whenever Mr. Johnson decides they should.”
