Francine is very rude and unprofessional. Called to ask a question and she began yelling and speaking to me as if I was incompetent. I would never chose to work with her or refer her to anyone I know.

I dealt with this firm in regard to a bill with a third party. Staff from this office telephoned me multiple times with threats and intimidation regarding a collection. Although I spent numerous hours of my time researching the matter and ultimately discovered that at least part of their information was in error they were rude and unprofessional. The matter has now been resolved and I have written Ms. Landau three times requesting a confirmation of the closure of this matter but have received no communication from her. The actions of Ms. Landau and her staff (Mr. Robinson and Ms. Williams) have been rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
