The attorney (Mr. Zachary Roth) that was assigned to my particular case, took great care to delineate what the risk and intention was of the entire construction contract that I received from my builder. Mr. Roth provided all of the information that I needed to make the "Go/No-Go" determination. I highly recommend using Ansbacher Law for any future real-estate related legal concerns.
