Working with Kate has been great. This was my first time hiring a lawyer and admittedly I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Kate and her team clearly explained my options as well as set my expectations appropriately. Kate was diligent in her efforts, even though the counter party was being difficult to work with. She communicated with me frequently, and I also felt comfortable voicing any concerns I had to her. Long story short, Kate was able to resolve my issue and I spent less in legal fees than I had anticipated. I will be hiring Kate any time I need legal representation in the future. Thank you Kate!

I'm more than glad to relay your information to Kate, our attorney, who will be contacting you within 24 hours." Well, 24 and nobody contact. On April 27th contacted them to follow up on my request and again given them my information. They said, "I understand. I will forward once again tour setails. You can look forward to being contacted within 24 hours." 😡 nobody has contacted me
