About 6 months ago hired Richard Tierney to do qdros. Took the money and did not do the work. Would not contact me or my ex to keep us updated. Multiple calls emails and text messages sent. It was verified by us and another lawyer able contact him that all addresses and numbers we were trying to contact him were correct. Was given a chance to give work to another attorney. Did nothing and would not return correspondence of any kind. We asked for our money back. Ignored our multiple requests and stole our money. Filed complaint with the bar.
