After a fender bender, I enlisted the help of Jim Farson and Anne Raimondi, paralegal, to help me with my claims to the insurance company because my injury kept getting worse and required two surgeries. They were able to file the claims and get them settled and paid in a reasonable amount of time while educating me and through the entire process. I highly recommend them for experience, knowledge, professionalism.

The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!! My experience? Jim Farson knows how to get it done … and he and his team got it done!
