Thank all of you so much for fighting for our family. We would not have made it through our situation without your whole staff. Phone calls and e-mails returned very promptly; regardless the day of the week or time of the day. Cindy and Desiree were on top of communication with the opposing attorney and us. We will be eternally thankful for everything you did for our family. ❤️❤️

My divorce was the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced. Susan Kutz was so kind and very to the point. My now ex husband refused to participate or be served papers. She and her team helped me with a default hearing and made the process as painless as possible. Her paralegal Desire was amazing. She communicated everything and explained the process to me. She let me vent my frustration over the phone and when it was all finished she sent me a very kind email. I appreciate this whole team so much for their dedication and support. God forbid I ever need an attorney again, I would choose them every time.

Excellent at what they do! Revolutionary change will be birthed here. If not great results for their clients or opponent, wider good is done. Some suffer for greater good of humanity. Their lack of attention to detail and situational awareness pays dividends. They are making people happy one divorce at a time. I personally recommend John Clark for men who trying to steal from women and have 3 year old girls trafficked. I'll keep my ear out for women attorneys that help women steal from men and have their kids trafficked too. America and Capitalism!

On Friday around 12:30 when you are normally ready for the weekend, I was surprise with a petition at my front door for a divorce. The weekend sucked and started the process to interview several attorneys in the Jacksonville area. On Monday, I called the first attorney and ended up hanging up on her when she said you need to get a divorce and your kids will pull through. Called another firm because it was a free consultation and I just didn't get that warm and fuzzy feeling when you are in the fight for your life. I called the Lasky firm and right off the bat you have a sense of feeling you are in the right hands. The stress that comes from a divorce is off the charts. For example, her attorney telling her she is going to get everything and he is going to pay you to sit by the pool. I sent an email to the firm asking for direction and help. I immediately got a call back which is unheard of for a lawyer. We spoke and came up with direction for the counter petition. The counter petition was so strong it took her breathe away and she started crying. At that point, I feel like fathers in Florida have rights (kids and assets). She tried to negotiate with assets but I was like nope. After a couple of weeks on negotiating acceptable terms, we have reconciled the marriage. I don't think the reconciling of the marriage would have worked without the advice of the lasky firm. He is truly not like other attorneys that take your money. Hands down the best attorney in the Jacksonville market.

Absolutely an awesome team! I am very happy I was referred to Susan and her team for my divorce. Mr. Clark worked by my side for nearly 4 years with a terrible divorce and custody battle. He has an amazing memory and could recall things I had only mentioned on one occasion. He is very educated and always appreciated his honesty even when it's something hard to hear. In the end, I walked away from the divorce/custody with more than I could've expected four years ago when this started. Definitely recommend! The Lasky Law Firm helped me more than I ever thought a law firm would help me. I'm a nurse and work long, crazy hours so it was usually late in the evening before I could respond to their emails.
