Medical Retirement 2016 with the army after 14 years SSG. Divorced within a year of being out of service with my X of 10 years. The LASKY law firm had me divorced within 3 months without any delay on their part. I had an outstanding outcome based on what I wanted out of the divorce. My x was awarded home based on agreement between us and we had kids also. She stoped paying on house while the loan was still in my name so I was able to force her to sale through Lasky law firm and they handled the matter quickly. They do not waste time really. They are very professional and get things done. It's not always the attorneys job to make the divorce easier it is also your job to make it as painless as possible. I did all of those things and could not be happier. I get my Home back and my life back thanks LASKY LAW FIRM. Desire is also the one running the show keeping everything in order she is on top of it while Cindy is taking care of her clients in court. GREAT TEAM.

I highly recommend Cindy Lasky and her team! Working with them for my divorce was straightforward and went smoothly. I simply told them what I wanted and needed and they took it from there. I had trust in them every step of the way and that helped minimize stress considerably throughout the process. Heather Visali recently represented my daughter as a defendant in a custody case. She was extremely knowledgable and thorough and left no stone unturned. She has good common sense and advised my daughter well throughout the whole process, which took about a year. We ended up having to go to trial. Ms Visali was so well prepared with her arguments and supporting witnesses and documents, that the opposing counsel appeared stymied at every turn. She is rapid fire and aggressive in the courtroom, and confident. We won the case.

Lawyer is terminating representation due to the fact I won’t pay for an all day mediation that shouldnt take longer than an hour. Performance has been lackluster to this point and as an out of state client has done nothing but charge fees for underperforming. Now when representation is most critical walks away because even though everyone knows the mediation won’t take long wants a whole days worth of representation paid. Would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I have used different family lawyers for custody disputes and have never had any negative feedback for any of those law firms. This is the first and I am leaving this feedback because it a warranted. Find another attorney is best advice I can give and if I could rate it a zero I would

A year ago my world was turned upside down. So I did a lot of research and found Cindy Lasky. I was told she was a bull dog and that’s exactly what I needed. Through the case Cindy, Desirae and Stephanie kept me informed on everything that was happening and explained if I didn’t quite understand. Our Trail date finally arrived and I really got to see what people were talking about, Cindy’s Amazing!! We won our case and she helped me turn my world right side up again!!
