If u have IRS issues find another lawyer.. these ppl r a joke.. had to take a loan out for 3000$ to pay them upfront.. WITH NO IRS RELIEF.. didn't owe the taxes, had proof, but still had to pay 15000$.. u will deal with 20 different people to whom u will have to repeat ur situation to over & over again.. complete scam.. don't think for 1 min they'll answer the phone after they take u for 3000$ bc they wont

We hired them to the tune of $6,000.00 to help us negotiate a repayment plan for the IRS. After 6 months, we received notification that the debt was "no longer collectable". Imagine out surprise to find tax liens on our home. So we are now paying that IRS debt. We would like a refund of the $6.000.00 and will be pursuing this. Biggest SCAM EVER. Don't hire a Tax company. EVER. Especially not one that isn't honest.

I was told I would receive certain solutions to my tax issues. This is not happening. I am so disappointed with Justice tax. They have not helped me. If you want your tax issues resolved do not use Justice tax. Save your money and deal with the IRS yourself. I do not recommend this company.

IT’S A SCAM DON’T do our mistake, DON’T sign the tricky contract with them, DON’T authorize them to your bank account, when you first contact them in a desperate of need for help, the first interview over the phone, they would make you feel that they are the solution for your problem, they will get your money and do NOTHING. You’ll NEVER see your money back. Simply, because these bunch of professional scammers know how to do illegal fraud, and make it look legal. STEER CLEAR OF THEM. All positive reviews are faked!

This company is not just a scam, beside getting your money, and doing NOTHING, They will use your personal informations including your Social Security number to harm you. DON’T EVER USE THEM .

I called this company in need need of guidance. At first it was all good. I had a bit of relief. Made my first payment on time. Started calling to see how things were going? No call back until I started having to call everyday. Nothing was being done, receiving this scary papers, and still no response. Ended up handling my own situation by myself. And now they want me to continue to pay for what????

Had Justice Tax to work on my taxes for not filing 2017 thu 2021 and thought was good until I hired another company to help me settle back taxes with the federal and that's when found out 2018 and 2019 was not filled with federal or state once justice tax got paid in full you will become no longer there concern so my advice to whom ever needing help with taxes problems find another company to help you because Justice Tax will only help there self to your WALLET and still leave you with a tax problem

They were not helpful at all I still received IRS letters and a levy against my account they also tried to take more money from me for over $600 a month please please find another company or just pay irs directly good luck

SCAM ! Absolutely devastating experience. I would use anyone but this company! Please do not listen when they promise you that you can “rest easy now”! I’m in worse financial distress now than before I started working with them & I still have to pay for this disaster!

Updating: We cancelled our contract with them. They refused to refund the full amount despite no work being done on their end, per the itemized statement we received they didn't actually do anything until 10 days after I cancelled. They offered to refund $250 but ONLY if we signed an NDA so we couldn't share our experience. Just take a look at the reviews here, a majority of the good ones are by people who have only reviewed 1 or 2 places. Like that's not suspicious. This company is quick to take your money, but then communication breaks down. You will receive emails about setting up phone calls, but the calls never actually happen. This has happened with both the "case manager" and a representative from the "Gold Star Customer Advantage" team.

Justice tax llc is a scam! Just know this you cannot get out of paying any federal tax that is owed what they promise you can be done by calling irs or your local state tax department and get a payment plan to fit your budget, I try using them couple month back they took my money and did nothing if I didn’t pick up the phone and call the state myself I would be facing garnishment also when I cancel their service they try to get money from my account twice. The 100 percent money back guarantee is also a scam, they will not refund you. The one star I gave them they don’t even deserve that but I had to give a star to write this review.

This company is a "broker" of tax professionals. They assign you a tax attorney who is contracted with them. Paid them $12K and they did absolutely nothing to help and what they did promise was all a lie and that was confirmed from the mouth of my accountant and IRS agent who is working with us. T. Jones, our assigned attorney messed up all the paperwork, did not take accountability and played stupid, then ghosted us; but then had the audacity to tell our IRS agent that we ghosted him. Why in the heck would we ghost an attorney we just paid $12K for? Now we have to start all over again. Will be filing a complaint with the Florida General Attorneys office for this scam of a company. If you need tax help, any good CPA or Enrolled agent can help you and you don't have to pay so much money either. Waste of money and time, cost me 3 years of continued compounded interest, just to have to start over. Waste of money. Run away!!
