When we decided to sell our home, we were fortunate enough to meet with Jon Brooks and his team at The Brooks Group. Upon our first meeting with Jon, we were immediately at ease with him. My husband, had at least 30 questions for him; how many years of experience, knowledge of the area, continuing education, days of homes on the market, percentage of sales close to listing price, etc. He didn't skip a beat and his answers immediately impressed us! We knew that we had met with the right person. He took the time to explain the teams marketing strategies, showings, open houses, how we need to plan, and, he told us about his financial experts and attorneys. His listing price of our home was on point! Once our home went on the market, we had an incredible off in 3 days! We accepted the offer and The Brooks Group guided us through the entire process, with zero stress for us! We were able to focus on our move because they took care of everything!
