We highly recommend The Brooks Group as Real Estate Agents. Previously, for almost a year, we contracted a "local expert" with no offers and few showings. They were lovely but didn't sell our home. This time we interviewed a "millennial" to sell our home. That person was Jon Brooks. From the very beginning, we really liked that Jon had fresh, new ideas, not the "same-old, same-old" selling process. What, not putting it in the paper? What?? That's not right. No sign in front of the house? Just crazy!! Who will know it's for sale? Just days after signing, a photographer and a videographer arrived. The photographs were beautiful. The drone video literally took all day so that they could take advantage of the sunset. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. 70 Days later our home was sold. John and Brittany met with us personally and explained each step of the entire home-buying process in detail. While we were searching, they provided numerous listings which were within our budget AND within the very small area we wanted to live in. Unlike other realtors who sent listings that were either out of our price range or outside the geographical area we wanted. They helped us find a home quickly and were extremely helpful and available the entire time. They did a good job representing us to a very difficult seller and got us into our home well under the listing price and appraisal value. Post-sale, they continued to support us by checking in on us and having a list of contractors available to recommend if needed. The Brooks Group made the entire process easy and enjoyable!

Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling properties (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Brooks Group stood out as the best Jacksonville has to offer: their rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on this site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Jon and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 2 weeks after we put it on the market at full asking price. We accepted and Jon and Miranda then took on the task of finding us a new home to move to. They walked us through every step of the process. We used Marty as the lender and we can honestly say it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Closed on old home in morning and then new home in afternoon of the same day without any issues at all. I would recommend The Brooks Group to everyone I know. Jon and Miranda are truly professional and genuinely nice people. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
