I hired Kim to seek custody of my son. She was very thorough and compassionate. I would recommend her over any other family law attorney. She stayed on top of all the court filings. My custody case was resolved quickly during the height of Covid. She is an amazing person as well as an excellent attorney.

Hiring Mrs. O’Steen was hands down the best decision we ever made. From my personal experience, she absolutely will go to bat for her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I was getting a divorce, had a child and had no idea where to go or how to even begin the process. My co-worker recommended Kim, best decision ever! She's very warm, friendly and knows her stuff. She knows Florida law backwards and forwards and can answer any and all questions you have. She was always very quick to respond to my calls, emails and made sure I knew exactly what she was talking about. It was not a short divorce and it was down right ugly at times, but she helped me get through. She did not settle or try to push me into anything that I didn't want, just to "get the process over with". She fought for what I wanted and what was in the best interest for my child. She was/is the most helpful and understanding lawyer/person I've ever met.

Kim Osteen in my opinion gives all family law attorneys a bad name! She seemed to not care at ALL what our family was going through while she sat on her hands waiting for minor issues to come up just to charge us ! At times it felt as though she was working for the opposing side. We paid a TON of money with nothing to show for it. And worst of all when we wrote a letter to ask her to withdraw her response (after having a client relationship of two years) was "I'm sorry you feel this way". Not to mention she had a new assistant every other month , to which you have to explain your situation to every time you call. Wonder why there's such a high turnover???? Hmmm

Kimberly O'Steen is extremely knowledgable in Family Law. She is professional, organized and returned phone calls and emails to me in a timely manner.
