I’m giving this law office 1 star because of their unprofessional approach towards potentially new clients. I scheduled a free consultation through their website and chose a time and date that their website showed as being available to schedule an appointment. Not only was I “stood up” but their was no follow up contact to apologize for missing our appointment. In a day and age where there are multiple forms to contact people, this office not only failed to call me but didn’t bother sending an email either. If the appointment had to be cancelled I would hope a professional law office would have the decency to at the very least send an email explaining why the appointment could not be completed or cancelled. If you cannot exercise proper communication I do not wish to higher you for any services nor would I recommend them.

I worked with Ruben when closing on my house. He was helpful in ensuring a smooth process. Very professional. I recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Had issues selling a piece of land and McMurray law firm was very good in explaining the process and making it happen .Ruben Rodriguez was who handled all paper work and communicating with me did a great job I would use them again.

Not only was the lawyer, Ruben, rude and dismissive during the consultation, but the office also failed to respect my time by being egregiously late for our scheduled appointment. When they finally did call, I couldn't even get past the consultation stage due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the lawyer, Ruben. Despite setting a specific time for our consultation, they failed to uphold their end of the agreement. They were a staggering 15+ minutes late in calling me, providing no prior notice of the delay or any apology for their tardiness. This lack of punctuality is unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a law office where clients rely on timely and efficient service. By disregarding my time without explanation or apology, they demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy. During the consultation, Ruben displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He continuously talked over me, interrupting every attempt I made to ask a question or provide information. It was clear that he had no interest in listening to my concerns or understanding my situation. Coupled with Ruben's disrespectful behavior during the consultation, this experience left me with a sour impression of Their inability to conduct a simple consultation with basic respect and courtesy speaks volumes about their professionalism—or lack thereof. Ruben was great to work with. Knowing I was out of state he worked hard to make sure I wasn't doing double or triple the work needed for this transaction.

Called to discuss a couple of things regarding a pending legal action that could negatively affect the livelihood of my spouse and they were very informative and explained the situation in a very helpful way, which in turn allowed us to navigate the situation with knowledge of potential avenues to explore to remedy the issues.

I’ve engaged this firm on two separate occasions and explained two different circumstances. They are very engaged on the initial consultation, but never follow up, not sure if they can’t handle the request because of volume, incompetence, or the service is just bad. They have proven twice that they are not dependable. Go elsewhere if you really need help.Both consults for my issues were with Ruben.

Worst attorney ever! Never took the time to review my case before filing for bankruptcy and once filed made it impossible for me to win. I ended up paying more and losing everything anyway. He never communicated with me until it was time to settle. It took months with lots of stress on my part. Warning....its all about billable hours.....legal team didn't care about me.

Mr. McMurray was amazing at helping my family through the probate process. He and his team kept us updated as things progressed and made the process as easy as possible. I recommend his services to anyone needing legal help.
