This guy's office is around seven miles from the defendant's office yet he couldn't manage to serve process on the defendant. But when I found out he is a shill for Zwicker it all made sense. Zwicker is a scumbag debt collection "law firm" based in Andover, Massachusetts. Through enough excrement against the wall and see what sticks.

I found Mr. Burkett expertize and knowledge to be greatly useful in my time of need. Not only was Mr. Burkett successful in resolving my legal issues with great ease, but I found him to be extremely professional and in doing so surpassed all my expectations.
